I'm not sure what kind of tests they could do but it would be useful to find out if there is any problem with the liver/spleen/intestines/stomach/glands, in fact all the digestive tract in general and would also be useful to see if you have any ulcers/intestinal buildup but an endoscopy wouldn't be the most comfortable thing to endure.

I'm sure some others are more knowledgeable about good tests to get done and could probably help you more than I can.
