the thing is that doctors could determine by biopsy if it is psoriasis,eczma,etc...and actually i gave a sample of my lip skin two times in different years and differnet hospitals and the result was normal skin, but HYPERKERATOSIS, so it is hard to conclude that it is PSORIASIS, there are too many things that the doctors or medical Science don't know, at the same time, it is not easy to accept your conclusion.
