yes, i am i also use a ticker and dailyplate. it motivates me it around 11am and still no hunger:-) i think this is going very well. I know this is a water fast but my friend recommended that during a fast when you reach the breaking point(consume solids) that she would drink a oatmeal drink from china called La fe or avena. It like oatmeal liquid the would give her the feeling of food and treat her body so she could carry on her fast. Now she broke the water fast but she continued a liquid diet and then the next day begin again. I just want to know you opinion on this method . I mean it worked for her she continued to loss the weight and to detox! what do you think?
