Bewildered in Florida

Wow--thanks so much for that information!

Interestingly enough, I am not a big drinker. Up until recently I would have one Corona Light beer (with a wedge of fresh key lime from my tree) at around five o'clock every day. That's it. No more, no less.

I am not on any medication at all and never have been. I only take natural vitamins and minerals. This is the strange part. I would never have known about the liver enzymes had I not decided to have a routine physical.

I thought I was in great shape! I walk or swim every day, do Yoga twice a week, eat a balanced diet. My bones are in great shape for being menopausal and not on HRT of any kind. [they say]I am at the perfect weight, body fat ratio. My cholesterol is 190 with a good ratio. I still have all my parts except for the appendix which was removed, against my better judgement, last year.

Anyway, thank you. I continue to scratch my head in confusion whilst I work on bettering my diet and habits.
I wonder about the metaphysical aspect--appendicitis means blocking the good things from life, and liver problems mean unresolved anger. So I shall work on this also.
