I agree 100% that fasting without changing one's subsequent lifestile is indeed futile. But there are so many more Natural Health programmes than Shelton's one, people had read Shelton's works and have been thinking about the issue for 50 years.

It has been stated that there are certain individuals wha are able of producing 150 Gallstones every Liver Flush for years, unfortunately. In 10 years time, changing my lifestyle, i have been able to reduce 150 to 1-2 gallstones three times a year, thanks to fasting.

However, prolonged (over 15 days)and correctly conducted water fasting can teach a practitioner which health programme is the most appropriate for the case. We just need to look for answers and listen attentively.
