My plan?

I am not a politician, but:

• Abolish the Federal Reserve
• Abolish the Income Tax for all individuals except the extremely wealthy - instead tax property, goods and purchases along the lines of the Fair Tax proposal.
• Open up the electoral process to break the two party system hold that represents only special interests.
• Prohibit deficit spending no matter how painful except in instances of natural disasters and acts of war committed against us.
• Set a reasonable yet generous limit on income that can be earned in one year without heavy taxation as well as inheritances which can be passed along to prevent perpetual dynasties by a ruling elite.
• End color of law unconstitutional courts and government agency codes and rules that do not comply with the founding theme protected by our constitution of the individual being sovereign and the government existing to serve the individuals instead of dictate to the,
• Demand that every politician and government official adhere to an oath to uphold and protect the constitution above all other codes and laws.
• Stop fighting imperialist wars under false pretenses against countries that are not really our enemy.  Return our troops to protect our own borders and country with no posse comitas powers to use enforcement actions against the sovereign citizens and states.
• Abolish the Patriot Act and all Executive Orders and Signings that took away our freedoms in the false name of security
• Even the playing field for all businesses large and small with no corporate welfare.
• Retool the FDA and establish rules that drug and medical industries cannot have undue representation or influence in an agency that supprots natural prevention and health as a first option.  Adopt the Ron Paul amendment to make the FDA prove harm before banning any natural supplement or arbitrarily designating it as a drug simply because the makers tell the truth about health benefits.
• Require the testing of all industrial compounds for safety, both individually and in the most common combinations.
• Do the same for vaccines, without relying on self test data by the industries who profit from them..
• Forbid any agency from mandating the sovereign citizens rights to address their own private health issues however they see fit, including what they do and do not decide to ingest or have injected into their bodies.
• Similarly retool other agencies such as the FTC, Department of Health & Human Resources and other agencies so that the serve welfare of the citizens first and that of industry profits a distant second.
• Immediately embark on a Manhattan and Man to the Moon project to replace reliance on foreign oil and reliance on hydrocarbons with solar energy, wind power and other renewable non-polluting sources of energy.  Let the oil shieks and oil barons eat their damn oil!
• Workfare and training for those who are able.
• An opportunity for education for everyone.
• End the cycle of the welfare mothers.  Those who are unable to afford to take care of their children or find capable relatives or parents who can do so and who chose to have their children, which would be encouraged as opposed to encouraging abortion as a first choice, must surrender those children for adoption or ultimately to be wards of the state, and undergo reversible procedures to prevent further births.  Likewise, fathers who impregnate women and are unable are unwilling to support their offspring must undergo the same kind of procedures.  Said procedures to be reversed when proof of sufficient income is produced.
• A dignified safety net for healthcare, food, clothing and housing for those who are unable.
• Make physical education and courses on diet, nutrition and natural health a core part of our education system.
• Provide healthcare and other incentives for those who live healthy lives and disincentives for those who become burdens on society by living unhealthy sedentary lives with high sugar, junk food and SADS diets - with the means to adjust and/or eliminate such disincentives for those who make a concerted effort to correct their health problems by converting to healthy diets and lifestyles.
• Establish a firm cutoff date for immigration whereby a means to win citizenship is established for those who are presently here as illegal immigrants PROVIDED that they swear fealty to this country's constitution above any other creed, code or belief system and then refuse to accept a single illegal immigrant thereafter as well as set reasonable immigration quotas so that the cup of the land of liberty does not run over for the legal citizens who are here.

I am sure there are more, but on the spur of the moment that is a start.
