More Supplements... update

was hoping I wouldn't have to do this, was hoping the TCM would fix EC.. hopefully it still will but anyways I finally got in my order from Iherb,, this was my plan B from all the ways back when I first started the TCM treatments. I only planned on going
for 3 sessions.. I ordered some supplements in case I wasn't cured by that time.

As for the TCM, I just did my 4th session today.. he didn't give me acupuncture for stomach heat instead he did it for my sinuses, coughing, fever ect.. I'm still a bit messed up from the other day, I found it helped a lot, I feel good. He said the blood I coughed up most likely came up because of the sore throat and isn't anything session, he warned me if I don't have a sore throat and cough up blood it could be a nasty problem.

Anyways I asked him if he had stronger herbal pills and he recommended that I just take a higher dose of the ones I'm already on. So instead of 3 pills 2x a day I'm taking em' 3x a day.

Next session I'm going to talk to him about getting me the sha shen mai dong herbs.. I don't want these mass produced rabbit turd pills anymore lol.

4 sessions down.. 2 to go..
