Re: can't sleep till morning, up all night,then I sleep well

I've had similar suspicions as far as parasites. I also have a bad case of restless leg syndrome which is part of my sleep issue. I have suspicions restless leg is a parasite issue. I've tried every natural sleep aid under the sun to no avail. I refuse to take a pharmeceutical, I'd rather not sleep as crazy as that sounds. Right now I am not working so that makes the problem worse since I don't have to be up early in the AM. The only thing I found to help was consistently getting up at like 7AM. Even then I have difficulty come night time. It's almost as if you come to dread the overnight as I'm sure you can relate. I hate people that fall asleep in 5 minutes !! LOL
