Foggy, memory loss, tired feeling!- Dr. Lam

I'm 24 years old and have been diagnosed and treated for Low testosterone and hypothyroid. My naturapath has also been detoxing me from toxic metals (mercury and cadmium) and adrenal burnout (hair mineral analyisis). My thryoid has been leveled and I'm noticing the testosterone, but I'm still foggy all the time, loss of alterness, tired and cannot focus for the life of me. ADD symtoms!!! A year ago I tried adderall and it helped me significantly for the first month and a half, but after that.. I had sleeplessnes, anxiety, foggy, jittery, etc. All negative symtoms without the positive. I have made significant progress since then, but have not idea why I feel the way I do. Can you please shed light on why I cannot focus, remember things, or just feel happy?? I've done a lot research on the effects of low neurotransmitters.. I'm guessing I'm deficient in epinphrine, but cannot be sure. I also tried vyvanse, became really jittery, heart pounding, and still had brain fog!

Currently I'm on Isocort, B-complex, Strict diet and haven't been working (little stress). Lots of rest and exercise too.
