First liver flush

Hello, folks -

Thought I would let you know about my first liver flush.

Some background: I only found this site a few months ago and have only posted a couple of times. At the end of summer I started doing betonite and psyllium shakes, upping gradually to 4 a day. Then I started on Humaworm, finishing the month course approximately 1 week ago. During the humaworm, I cut down to 2 psyllium only shakes a day. (I have found that if I don't take the psyllium, I go right back to my initial problem that brought me to this site - namely chronic diarrhea or loose, very thin stools for the last 2.5 years.) During the bowel cleanse, I never saw any sort of mucoid plaque, and I don't think I ever saw anything re parasites.

So, a week after the Humaworm, I was ready to liver flush, and last evening I started with the Hulda Clark recipe. I only had oatmeal and fruit that morning/noon, and no food after 2pm. I do find the Epsom Salt mix pretty disgusting, but held my nose to get it down. :) I didn't find that I was all that hungry, and after the 2 epsom salt doses, was ready for the oil/lemon mix which I had at the ready for 10pm. I did the recommended way of keeping the oil and lemon separate, because I read that they don't mix as well as grapefruit juice, which I may try next time. I did wake up around 2:30 or 3:00am and felt kind of queasy, but better after a trip to the loo and drinking some water. Set the alarm for 6:30, another dose of ES, then again at 8:30.

This morning, wow.

I would estimate approx. 80 stones (largest 3/4" x 1/2"), ranging down in size to appr. 1/4 ". There was a bunch more that were tiny pea size, but I couldn't really count all of them. Tons of chaff, which still seems to be coming, although way less than in the morning. I think there were also some liver fluke remains. Eek.

All in all, a good experience. Kind of weird that I had a bad dream in the night, too, which I like to attribute to toxins on the run. :)

I will definitely do this again, and I think from the results there is probably a lot more to go. Do you think that I am on the right track to healing my digestive system? I realize this could be the start of many flushes, and maintenance flushes. If anyone has further recommendations about what I could try to heal my digestion, I would appreciate it.
