It is most interesting that you found it necessary to defend Davey from "attacks." Did you assume the above post was an attack because he is always attacking me? And anyone else that disagrees with him? I can assure you that the points describing the attributes of a closeted gay man were just general guidelines and not an exact description of Davey since I don't really know him. Other than his homnophobic comments about my persuasion and his tendancy to infantilize, I wasn't aware that the other points were describing Davey as well. Failed marriage? Is he a product of a failed marriage? Poor relationship with children? Does he have children? Disfunctional relationship with mother - Is Davey living with him mother? Surrounding himself with unavailable women - like older women - grandmothers for example, lesbians and women that live far from his geographical domicile.
The next time you feel compelled to defend your friend, just remember, if he is the man you think he is, he doesn't need your help. He can do it by himself.
