What can I tell her to do or to take, to help her, right away - if anything? I recommended her to the local health food store, and tole her that I had heard that St. John's Wort, is supposed t help heal and or soothe nerve endings, and that shingles is supposed to be an inflamation of the nerves caused by stress. She did have a very stressful weekend. Thanks for whatever you can help with for today, and the next couple of days for her relief. K.K. Add To Favorites!
