Does this forum upset you? Do You Know the Way to Healthville?

I happened across something in a book that may help clear up some misunderstandings that happen on this forum.

When someone comes to this forum as a new person, those of us who are here already make an assumption that they are seeking to experience healing.

Based on this assumption, those of us who have already used these principles to experience certain levels of healing offer observations of certain things they may be doing that are inconsistent with goal of experiencing healing.

Sometimes these observations are interpreted as judgment. We are not judging. We are making observations based on the assumption that those who come here want to experience healing.

If you told me that you wanted to go to New York and I saw that you were heading to California, would you say that I was judging you if I offered an observation that you were not headed where you said you wanted to go? If you say you want to go to Healthville and you are headed for Diseaseland, wouldn't you want someone to tell you that you were headed in the wrong direction...to make you aware of choices that you were making that were inconsistent with your expressed goal of experiencing healing?

It would be most beneficial for those who desire to experience healing to ask themselves, why am I reacting in a defensive way to those who freely give of their time to provide observations that may assist me in getting to where I want to go? Do I care more about getting to where I want to go or do I care more about insisting that the path that I've been taking (which has not gotten me to where I want to go) is the correct path?

For those of us who have already experienced some amount of healing and wish to help others to experience it as well, it may be beneficial to purify our intentions. Do we really want to help people or are we just using the information that we have to feel superior and engage in arguments because we want to be right?

We are offering directions to Healthville to millions of people who say they want to go there but are unaware that they are on the road to Diseaseland? In regards to human health, we desire to model through our lives and choices, the way, the truth, and the life.
