hi- the scale

The scale is a therapy program to sort of help guide you on the best way to use EFT.

It involves writing and scripting (free association writing) on a subject. The idea is that we attract everything in our universe. So if we are unhappy with a part of our lives, like health or our career, we are still responsible for whatever problems we are having because we attracted the situation. Why would we attract a situation which is not making us happy? Because we have some sort of negative attachment within ourselves. This is called a limiting belief. Or a blockage, whatever you want to call it.

For example if you are struggling with money, you could start doing some free association writing on the topic of "Me and money" and see what your beliefs are. You would most likely say things like "There is never enough money, there never will be enough money, I don't think I'm worthy of being rich, to be rich I'd have to give up some part of myself, etc etc" or a number of other limiting beliefs. Once you figure out what these limiting beliefs are, you can use EFT to DISSOLVE these belifs. Once the beliefs are dissolved you can start thinking things like "I have faith I will have enough money" and then, once you are in that positive mental place, the law of attraction WILL start bringing a better situation to you.

You can do this for any subject, and the emotional guidance scale is just basically a scale to sort of see where your beliefs align. The very bottom are negative emotions and the very top is pure love. You want all of your beliefs about life to vibrate in the realm of pure love, if they do, then you will attract a beautiful life.

I recieved this info in the LOA and EFT forum here on curezone long ago. I believe another user who no longer posts here created this program. It has worked wonders for me.
