OH, ok, the doctors recommend the Candida diet....I see...because they couldn't be wrong...the doctors aren't what got me into this mess or anything...

I thought this was the Candida Support Forum , not the Candida Diet Forum ...and Cleft-Asunder never questioned its existence that I see...I don't see why we aren't allowed to debate what's allowed on the diet for that matter. All those "Candida specialists" do on all the sites anyway. They're all different and seem to contradict eachother! I saw a homeopath who proclaimed to excel in knowledge of Candida and he said you could eat cheese if you want. And vinegar, and said there was no limit on what kinds you want to use, but he did prefer apple cider vinegar because it was healthier...but he said NO fruit not even granny smith apples...then there is people like mo123, vx and another name I can't remember who have either cured or almost cured their yeast overgrowth using mostly fruit, and that is NOT the standard Candida diet, so essentially that wouldn't be allowed to be discussed either?

Cleft posted links to an old thread that says how crazy this board can be...and I totally agree. I don't want to argue with the people who are firm believers in the Candida diet, I swear...I just want to look for alternatives to a diet that doesn't work for me, and makes me feel bad, physically, mentally, emotionally, and doesn't feel healthy to me, or right. If I am breaking the rules...I am sorry, I will just stay away from the board from now on.
