stay on the diet for a year or so and then judge. it will be a hard year and youll have many ups and downs (even if you havent cheated). you could have fluoride poisoning, look into that , as most antibiotics contain fluoride. use tea tree oil toothpaste for your white tongue. make sure you eat healthy food...
it cant be sure what you suffer from, but healthy diet and the supplements you are taking should greatly improve your condition. make sure to get lots of sun (vitamin d) and lots of fresh air. you'll be okay. don't think that you are unhealthy...you just know something is wrong with you. (i dont believe there is such a thing as hypochondria). just concentrate on the fact that now you know whats wrong and that you can reverse it :)
