I am trying to rid myself of Candida so I stopped juicing carrots apples, beets etc. because of the sugar content. To make the spinach, broccoli, and other veggies taste better, I use Stevia to sweeten it up and a little cheyenne powder for a little kick.

The Stevia I buy is the liquid extract variety that doesn't have alchohol in it. It is a little more expensive, but a 2 oz bottle lasts for months because it only takes a half dozen or so drops to sweeten things up. Unlike Aspertame, it is safe and doesn't raise havoc with your teeth.
