The vitamins, etc, are the same but where the great benefit is derived from, is the fact that your digestive system doesn't have to work hard at trying to pull these nutrients out. By juicing it is done for you. To digest these carrots in their whole form would waste energy and resources better used elswhere. Also you wouldn't pull even close to the same amount of nutrients out by having to rely on digestive processes. The nutrients derived form juicing are efficiently and effectivly utilized with very little digestive effort. That is the magic of juicing.
