No mention of Black Walnut Hull. As to pills, I never took Ornithine.

So much of Clark is alarmist in what you can and can't do.

The bottom line is Epsom Salts and Oil. Everything else is window dressing.
You don't want to eat anything with fat during the day because you don't want to prematurely trigger a significant bile release before the oil is taken.

I've changed it a lot and experimented a lot.
This is what I currently do.
I eat light the day before.
On the first day I have an apple mixed in with oatmeal around noon. I eat a half a potatoe and mixed frozen vegetables around 4. In between I may or may not snack on nuts. I drink water or juice in between and up to 7pm. ES at 8 and 10. Sunflower Oil/OJ at midnight. (Sometime I've shortened the time. Sometimes i've only had one dose of ES)

Lie down a minimun of 30 minutes. I've gotten up and been up for hours after that and never affected the result, but preferably would rather sleep through the night.

The next day I might have a regular BM in the morning or it might be diarhea, but usually by 11 it's watery. I have a couple of glasses of water after the diarhea and follow an hour later with a 2 quart salt water flush. (Lately, I've been adding one more dose of ES after the salt water goes through.) I may even throw in an enema or 2 along the way.

It's definitely an all day affair and keeps me near the bathroom. I don't feel drained at all.

I've never had any lingering pain or cramping.

Prior to all of this you want to hae regualr BM's. Things need to be moving.
