what? benefits from juicing? you betcha. it gives me more energy and wakes me up in the morning. it also tastes soooooo very good, it gives me somethng to look forward to. i credit juicing, and specifically juice fasting, with helping me clean out my bowels which cured me of bain and neck pain that ahd been chronic for years. drugs, therapy docs could not help me. but juice fasting and bowel cleansing did the trick. juicing will also help to balance out your body's ph, which is very critical to overal health. i have yet to talk to one person who got into juicing who regretted, not one. you might also want ot visit the juice fasting forum here on curezone, that is a very active forum, those poeple will tell you all about it. also here is a blog with great info on juicing from dazzle. these are two great articles, there are more in her blog, so poke around in there.
