I'm back to researching and killing those buggies. I'm gathering my troops, as it were.

I've been fascinated with the idea of the castor or coconut oil flush. I'm thrilled to read all of this - very interesting.

I have a quick question about your adding clay to your healthy smoothie. You don't wonder whether or not the clay will absorb some of the nutrients? I've always been curious about this. I've always just taken clay with water or some fiber if I've felt the urge.

I'm looking forward to getting back on this parasite train. Oh, one more question. Have you ever done a round of Iodine therapy? I'm asking as we've done several parasite rounds, you and I, and I've wondered whether or not you all had tried iodine and then felt these protocols then worked even more efficiently?
