I think I may try that also. I do notice after awhile of sweating in the summer things seem to dissipate somewhat...it's just that I keep putting more toxins in! But I can't figure out why so many people eat worse than I do and still smell like a rose.
So how come the toxins don't go out other places like my feet or something? I did hear once that people have more sweat glands in other areas than others so maybe that's it,because I do eliminate quite regularly otherwise.
Perhaps it's allergies to food also.
