2nd time doing MC feeling weak and mentally hungry

Hi all, This is my second time doing MC. Last year I dropped 16 lbs during a 10 day cleanse and 30 more with my new found love of veggies, and giving up all dairy and wheat. I kept most of the weight off (about 25 to 30 lbs) throughout the year.
Thought I'd do the cleanse for spiritual reasons once a year, early in the year. Which brings me to today day 8. I am feeling weak, need a lot of sleep, like 10 hrs. I am craving foods. I have not been drinking as much of the lemonaide because this year I am sick of the taste. I read in another post that I need to drink more of it. Will try that today. I also only did one salt water wash (this morning) but very consistent with the senna tea. I know I can gut through two more days. I also know I've got to be on point with tappering off the 10 fast. Any words of advice. Today I'm going to drink all six glasses of lemonaide and work out. Thanks for any suggestions or feedback. ~Bridget
