This was my brunch...

...consisting of microwaved Aubergine (eggplant), kale, sprouts, purple brocolli and okra. I couldn't finish it all, I left half the aubergine, then had a cripps pink apple and a pear, followed by that smoothie.

My weight seems to be plummeting...

...but I am sure it will slow down at some stage.

At this point in time I am losing weight quicker than when fasting, because this line represents overall progress. It would be wrong to compare it with the downward trend of a fast because you put half back on at the end and see also this post). It will be interesting to see how this progresses, I am sure to hit a metabolic set point at some stage, I think that may be in a couple of weeks, at around 75Kg. I am currently around 82Kg. We shall see.
