Even though I was rinsing them out, the cotton sleeves for the BE were getting tacky, and instead of ordering more, I decided to use paper towel instead- I think it's in the Beck papers too. That has helped alot with not having the skin getting the sore spots. I dip a small square in salt water, and wrap it around the probe 3x. The 2nd time I use them, they are already formed to the probes, and I use a dropper to put drops of salt water on them. Still the same contact and strength- but not the sore wrists.
