For me and some other folks Smooth Move gives me cramps and makes me a bit nauseus if I steep as per the package instructions to do it for 10 mins. At the advice of someone on this forum they recommended to only steep for 3 to 5 mins max. That helped but I was still a bit crampy so I switched to "Get Regular" Yogi tea. Not only did it work better for me but I much prefered the taste over the Smooth Move.Forum: Master Cleanse Supp
