My favourite oil at the moment (it changes all the time, although I do have my basic favourites) is frankincense. Although I love sandalwood too! I love these two oils as they are anti-aging (I put them on my face at night time, but I only do this as my oils are therapeutic grade) it is said that these oils are good for depression and although I don't suffer from depression, I find I am instantly uplifted, more centred and grounded when I use it!
