I see that it has been over a year since you posted. I hope you have gotten help well before now but thought I would add my two cents. I have been getting these cysts for over 15 years. All the doctors said the same thing, they would lance it and send me home to put hot compresses on it. In 2008 I went to a dermatologist and she gave me a name for it Superlative Hydradenitis. She put me on Acutane. It saved me for a while. They stopped occurring and the rest of my blemishes went away. Even the scars seem to dull. It is a very lucrative medicine to go on. But it is definitely worth talking to your doctor about. I hope this helps you out, I know how painful it can be and it doesn't help with your self esteem at all.
