Hi Gracey,

Well - I don't know anything at all about Pitta and the Ayurvedic body types (next on the list!?) - but I find it verrrry interesting, indeed, that you have all the signs of 'heat' (chinese medicine) - with redness etc. Fascinating that your Grand Trine is all in your Fire signs. Your Pisces Sun (water), Cancer Mars (water) and Scorpio Uranus (water) seem to be being overpowered by all your Fire. You might find that...oh wait...

I just searched and found a basic TCM site - and guess what it is called?? 'Compassionate Dragon Healing'!! You Red Dragon you! I thought maybe it was a sign...hmmm!

Anyway....you'll see that it looks like your Fire is outta control. Wood feeds the fire and wood is very ambitious and rigid and the Liver contains 'wood' energy. So...if you're doing liver flushes that is great! Need to calm your liver down. You also need your Water to take control of all that Fire in you. Throw some water (spilled water??) on your Fire a bit. (read: get those singing neptunian vibrations in there....music is the closest thing to aliveness and our spiritual nature) Feel your Pisces self some more.

Fear will weaken your Water (and it won't be able to put out some of your Fire/redness)....it will probably make more sense when you see the table and the cycle within the link below.

So...keep your liver/ambition in check and dissolve any fear you have so that you Water can strengthen and stand up to your Fire...

Exciting...you have to listen to that feeling, Gracey. The peace you feel when you think about singing again is IT. Go with it...
