Gracey Flower Essence

Yes this is the FES Group not Bach the ones in purple bottles. I have pretty much gone thru this thread and Gracey I was similar emotionally to you. I have always felt responsible for others and their emotions, I could not figure how to handle it I went from being overly sensitive to being controlling, to not caring. I always know what people are feeling when they are lying etc... I felt very angry at God lately and also angry at those who had lied to me about God, what I found out was it was myself ultimately that I was mad at and myself that I needed to forgive. Everyone else is responsible for themselves. Religions are good for keeping you guilty and suffering but talk about forgiveness. You cant't forgive others nor can God forgive you until you forgive yourself. 3 years ago after divorce I started a serious inner journey. Part of the outcome is I asked for my gifts back that I had supressed for so long. I asked for a lot more dealing with humanity and said I wanted to be responsible also for others in a beneficial way. One thing that came up I know now is empathy and thanks to Peachy I can handle it better also. I did not have her advice last year but I learned thru trial and error to either leave the area when I sensed to do so and to also share a percentage of myself without exhausting until I got stronger. I have been very introverted my adult life, not because it's natural I was born and had a relatively extrovert childhood. Most people even friends and family are very draining for me because of what I invest emotionally I actually let others steal my energy, not so much being a sponge, but others do thrive on your energy, easier than manifesting their own. So YOU have to make boundaries. I also suggest that book by Townsend and Cloud I believe. Follow your heart and the encouragement that you get here and you will heal on all levels your aura and energies will be strengthened along with your physical. Kinda like cross training!!
