Re: how do you deal with it

I found out in this book that the brain produce four kinds of chemicals, and every person have some kind of deficiency in some of them which can cause this problem, and everyone's body is different, when you do the tests in this book you can know which chemical need to be balanced for you and what to eat for it and what kind of herbs to take for it, I found out for me that valerian root and ginkgo biloba make the balance for this problem, it is helping me get red of it and calm the irritable bowel that cause this problem.
