2nd liver cleanse done and not in good shape -one question

2 weeks ago did my first cleanse and felt wonderful after the enema though I didn't get that many stones out (about 15 or so pea shaped bright ones). But even at that time, sleep had been an issue - had taken l-tryptophan which usually works.

This time around despite the 8 caps ornithine it took 2 hrs to fall asleep and I slept very poorly and only for 3 hrs - could not sleep till 1am - defeats the purpose I know...its 11pm next day and i am exhausted, hardly saw any stones today and am very constipated, despite enema in the morning. Very bloated and when that happens it blocks BM for me. Another late night for me looks like it.

Any advice on what to do about the sleep next time I do the flush?

On regular days I sleep around 2am (yeah late due to bad GI issues which I am trying to fix and being hypothyroid does not help the constipation). My adrenal fatigue is bad and I am now PCOS as well. Am doing Iodine and herbs for these.


I have many GI issues - really really bad constipation, food allergies, much bloating and indigestion (maybe candida) - had done a parasite cleanse some time back.
