1st Flush....A Success?

Hi guys,

I just did my first Liver Flush using the Clarke instructions.
All went well, I think, besides the yukky taste of it all! I produced about 50-70 pea sized stones mainly lime green colour they were all a soft texture which I put down to drinking corpious amounts of apple just for 5 days preceding.

A few questions I would like to ask if anyone has the time :

1.How often should I cleanse to rid myself of stones.

2.What is the best way to lie in bed after drinking the olive oil concoction, back,side or front.

3.Is the powdered malic acid as good a solution than apple juice.

4.Does the colour and size of the stones enable you to tell how many more stones are to come?..Or how old they are.
