...just to confirm that article AND to draw attention to one VERY critical point...

In the USA the labeling laws for cold pressed vs expeller pressed are VERY convoluted (and lenient). The ONLY way we can know for SURE if something is truly COLD pressed, is if we trust the seller.

Please remember folks, castor oil can be essential in healing - it's a fantastic part of the IP. Castor oil DOES NOT WORK (or works very minimally) if it's processed at high heat.

Don't cheat yourself (and end up frustrated because something's not working right)....when it comes to Castor Oil, we MUST get the good stuff.
