I am inerjecting a few questions... Sorry...

I did my first coffee enema and I did the Epsom salt prerinse as well. So I did 2 back to back and timed them. I used a quart of liquid for the coffee one and the Epsom salt one. I rolled around and massaged the area, I heard allot of gurgling and after the timer went off I expelled allot but not all of it. I then did some basic relaxing, stretching Yoga poses and that helped get allot more out. So my question is I used an organic coffee I got from the health food store and it is a low acid blend. I wondered why I didn't get major results and I thought maybe because it was a low acid coffee or maybe its just because I am impatient and just need to do more to see results. (I am not saying I didn't have any results but I felt clean and refreshed afterward and that's good but wonder if I should have felt/experienced more) Hope I make sense.
