bartholin's cyst, rectocele or something else?

i need to call on my sisters... i have something going on down there and i don't know what it is.
i don't know how to describe this and i don't mean to be gross or offend anyone.
okay... lately i just noticed that my panties aren't feeling normal against my skin (like... an area to the right of my vaginal opening and/or my outer skin fold, has felt like it's always rubbing against my panties)
(...and then in the past week or so, i've barely ever had a urinary tract infection in my life and in the past week or so i got two and i think it's from this new skin rubbing against my panties problem...)

and now today, after i used the bathroom (not just for pee ...sorry...) i touched that area again and it felt a little swollen, the area around my opening and just above (maybe my inner folds) were a bit bulgy and, having just recently read about how our civilized position for bathroom use (instead of squatting) can cause structures inside you to collapse and push up against you from inside, i'm scared i could have caused that...

if i've ever had one, i have no awareness of what a bartholin's cyst feels like - nor a rectocele, cystocele, or any of these problems so i'm hoping someone might have some idea what this situation sounds like it might be - and if there's a maybe non-surgery way to fix it?
