can´t go over 3 days ...

hey guys,

i have a problem ... always when i try to water fast, i cant go over the 3 days, because of the food cravings. i read that when u juice fast, that the hunger also fades after 3 days. juice fasting is no problem for me (did 40 day oj fast, and several more). maybe it is better for me to start my fast by juicing for the first 4 days and then, when hunger is gone i switch to water fasting. what do you guys think?
