Of course you would know much better about your blood type diet.

I just remembered seeing the chart posted at the top of this forum and thought to post it for reference.

For me (AB-) it made sense when I looked at it, though I do not subscribe to the blood type diet, thus I have not delved into it as I am sure you have. I basically eat what my body asks for and it usually speaks loudly, especially when it comes to green veggies, carrots and fruits.

Though the chart above implies that AB types can have anything, I subsctibe to listening to our body - for example I eschew dairy, sugar, and most white flour products simply becasue my body just does not like them, it never did. (Thank God for that!)

Perhaps Dr. Lam has a better chart for the poster above to reference until they get through their reading?
