Hi, all!

Regarding bee pollen...we don't need it!!!!

I used to use some local bee pollen for inhalant allergies.

After a bit over two years following the suggestions here at Ask moreless regarding diet, food selection, and the various auxiliary methods, just do not need it anymore.

BTW, MOM [milk of magnesia] works a treat on the sinusitis. I had a friend over yesterday who was really suffering, and got her to gargle with some for a minute or two. She cleared up within 20 minutes, and was still fine when she left, 4 hours later! [She has suffered extremely for many years, even had surgery recommended as a solution to her constant headaches, blocked sinuses, and sinus infections!!!]

She bought her own MOM on the way home, and is now eager to progress with other ideas from this forum!
