I just woke up again!

Isn't it lucky that I don't usually smoke when I am asleep!


Hooray!!!


(Jumps up and clicks heels together! Well...sort of.)



Do you know? ...My pet parasites...the ones that 'bite' in the same widely-separated spots, every once in a while...have been complaining of the lack of nicotine, etc.

Aha! Gotcha!!!

Now we know where some of the cravings are coming from, don't we?!

They are addicted, too!


My addiction is to menthol cigs.

What if I start drinking peppermint tea...lots of it?!

And 'stalling' in a better direction...making longer and longer waits between cigs.


There's more than one way to skin a cat...as my Grandma used to say.


It's 9:30 in the evening, and I feel good.
