Thanks for providing me the link. Article states clearly that Supplementing with Iodine increase body temperature even if blood tests show no signs of hypothyroidism.

But I had problem with cold after drinking in Lugol's + ACV mixture. I didn't feel any cold before drinking it but suddenly after drinking ACV+ Lugols I started to experience tightness from cold. My nails turned purple and I was feeling really cold like I told before.

Just wanted to know what could have caused this ? Allergy or that I gave more iodine for my thyroid, it produced more T4 but the body didn't convert it to T3 so it induced my body to become more hypo ?
