ah.... I guess a couple of weeks passed by since my last post. I almost gave up with this redness... was very depressed... for 2 weeks. really didn't want to see the mirror too.

the environment I am living is really making it worse since I am currently living in New Zealand. which is winter time now..
I didn't have this problem when I was living in a warm country so I guess the climate really matters.


Well. I've found out some facts that made the redness worse.

1. sugar, beer, sugary fruit like bananas
2. stress. this really adds up the redness.
3. tea tree oil.

for tea tree oil. it's good for fungus but it made it worse and much more red when I applied to the corners of my mouth. Maybe because it was too strong to apply it directly. maybe I had to mix it with vaseline to make it more thinner.. but I never tried it after..
It just made it worse..

For the cream I was using,..I have been still using that cream and it's not magically going away but still getting better a bit.

The redness is turing into a little dark kinda light brown color and its almost not noticable. still it gets red when I get stress sometimes but normally it's getting really better.

MMS. I usually tried it at night times. but yesterday I tried it at work and it made me vomit.I had a really bad feeling in my stomach and couldn't work for hours.
I'll have to give it another try sometime but not now..


For all this redness... for weeks and weeks it didn't go away..
I was very embarassed to show the corners of my mouth to my coworkers.. so my wife recommended me some kinda cream she was using..which I could cover the redness.

its ALEX ROYAL BB CREAM - NOBLESS AX2 COSMETIC - BY ALEX COSMETIC GMBH.

Heard its from germany. this is a cream for Special skin care product enrichted in active ingredients against red, irritated and blemished skin. note that this is not a cure. just a cover that could hide the redness.

this is like a foundation liquid cream women use for makeup but it builds a layer on your skin and makes the redness change like you own skin so it helped me work normally without people looking at the corner of my mouth.

it's made for people who had skin peeling operations so it helps the skin grow back. I used it and it didn't cause any side effects so I am still using it whenever it gets red. really helpful especially for men since women can use make up to cover AC. the bad news is that this is not a cheap cream. It's fricking expensive.

One thing is I won't recommend this to open cuts. just redskin which is caused by Angular Cheilitis. but please use it on your own risk. (note that I'm no sales person.)
might be good for people who really need it on a date or a meeting or wedding which might be really important.


also some facts that helped.

1. changing toothpast like everyone mentioned.
2. cleaning my tongue with the brush after cleaning my teeth.
3. trying not to lick my lips. using chapstick.
4. changing protein powder(for workouts) Now I use natural protein powder that doesn't have any sugar or any other ingredients like L- Glutamine.
