Die-off and hypoglyemia

Does anyone get hypoglycemia when they take anti-parasite herbs, especially grapefruit seed extract? I have chronic fatigue from blastocystis hominis and adrenal fatigue so that is definitely part of it and I have had some hypoglycemia since I was a child but this gets really out of hand even when I eat really low-glycemic/high enough protein diet. The blasto itself can cause hypoglycemia and it is hard to tell if it is from die-off or the parasite itself. I probably have some candida but not a lot. I take fibre too.
