I have done The Master Cleanse in the past for 2 weeks. Your sister should not have to worry about getting too skinny after only 10 days. First, gaining some of the weight back is pretty normal. Second, the amount of lemonade drinks can be adjusted for each person depending on their needs. In her case, she could drink more per day and still get the cleansing benefits without having to worry about losing too much.

In general, in any cleansing protocol you get more cleansing benefits by taking it easy on your body. Your body will be using energy for healing. In terms of exercise, it is fine as long as you feel up to it. Depending on your toxicity level, you may not feel like doing much in the first few days. I have found in all of my cleansing endeavors, that walking is a great form of exercise because it gets the blood and toxins moving without being too overwhelming on your body.
Also, if you are doing this either for cleansing or weight loss, you want to make sure you are eating right afterward.
When I did the Master Cleanse several years ago, I wasn't doing it for weight loss, but after I gained the initial weight back, I kept off about 5 pounds which isn't too bad for 2 weeks. You will lose more weight in my opinion after the cleanse if you are doing things right.
