I think that, you are onto something when you mention problems with the internal/external sphincter!!!

Surfer here. Yah, in your text you mentioned about the problems possibly being internal/external sphincter not possibly functioning 100%. I think that, you are onto something here. I believe that my problem, probably relies somewhat into those two areas, along with my outer sphincter, not permanately closing up, but there is a reason for that. I am not trying to receive self pity here, but I believe that my FBO, external and internal sphincter problems are a result of being rapped anally. That is my thoughts on that. I know that this event happened 2 yrs ago, but my butt hasn't been functioning right, since that event! I have also noticed since that time, that that was when I started getting the FBO, was after the event, along with the pressure in the anus, outer pain and possibly inner pain of the rectum as well! The other thing I've noticed recently, has been that, for the last 5 months, my lower tailbone area, has been constantly sore, or a feeling like it's been bruised. I think this also, has to do with the violent rape I indured. I also have a feeling of incomplete evacuation as well. I believe this is all tied into the rape event for me. It has to be!! To me right now, with all the problems, I've been facing now, it's the only thing that makes sense!!!! I have had my MD check my internal sphincter and he said my internal sphincter had good strength, but what about my outer sphincter? Well, I talked to a specialist about it and he said, that there was nothing that, he could do to shrink it, but here's the funny thing!! I also know that, I'm not leaking out stool at all and yet,m when I fart I cannot feel it coming out of my anus. Weird huh?? The specialist said, that my internal sphincter strength was good, but if that were the case, then I should feel the sensation of a fart, when it comes out, but I don't?! Here's the last weird thing, I am constantly feeling a incomplete evacuation, which I do believe has some ties with the event, I went through and when I have a bm, it seems to fully come out, but it doesn't feel that way!! The other thing with that last sentence to tie it in, is that, I've found for me to fully go, I have to strain my butt and force it out, but when it comes, it seems that I have fully emptied myself, but when my outer sphincter closes off, I still feel incomplete evacuation? This has been a mystery to me? I think another is, that ties into all of this, is that, besides the feeling of constipation, or feelings of evacuation, that it might also be tied into dealing with hemorrhoids, piles, anal fissure, anal fistulas, etc, etc. I don't know if people got tested for this kind of stuff, but you might want to mention it to, some of the members here on curezone. That might be what, they are experiencing and what the symptoms are, but I am just throwing this off the way. I have already mentioned it, to some of the curezone members here, although I don't know, how many of them took me seriously? This might be something, you might want to check out for yourself too!
