What you describe is quite certainly candida. White threads is the old mature form, some flakes, like teared toilet paper into the toilet is the young candida. There are many pix at the gallery, which proves you are not the only one looking into details at your stool: http://www.curezone.com/ig/f.asp?f=325
The other thing you describe, spongy slimy looks very much like mucoid plaque (there should be a pix as well perhaps you would find this in the Bowel Cleanse Forum
gallery), psyllium is quite good to help release this old undigested food accumulation that is mucoid plaque.
Looking at your bm is a great habit. The darker the better.
green stool: presence of bile
tan stool: poor liver functions
firm stool holding on together in a long bm which floats a bit before sinking to the bottom is the TOP HEALTHY stool.
When you expell plenty of candida threads you might at time experience bowel pain (and plenty of die-off) marshmallow root supplements or tea is FANTASTIC to reduce the inflammation in the bowel and sooth it all.
Congrats for the achievement. Probiotics are important so is taking care of the cleansing organs: Bowel Cleanse
(psyllium), liver cleanse and kidneys cleanse. You are now in the process of completing the bowel cleanse and keep at it as long as you see threads. If your bm is still tan color after that, you should think about supporting your liver with herbs (dandelion, milk thistle, artichoke) or better do a Liver Flush
(it is advisable to do a small kidneys cleanse before doing the liver flush.
