Help PLEASE - forum FAQ - I can't make it work :(

Webmaster/anybody that can help --

I am TRYING to start/complete the FAQ on my forum; here's the link to my FAQ:

The first question was put there by someone else :(

The second question "Test Question" is one I just created. I expected it to appear like the questions in the VWT FAQ

...with the letters/title/question in blue as a link...but the Test Question in my FAQ appeared in black, and not as a link :(

I want my FAQ to be like the FAQ in the VWT Forum! (please)


Then I tried to answer the Test Question - I tried two times - both times I put a sentence in the Title box, and a sentence in the Answer Body box (one of those times I used a Text Editor for the Answer Body box)....and then hit "Submit".

Both times it seemed to process, and took me back to my FAQ page...but there's no answer/s to the Test Question.

I just tried to answer the other/1st question, and got the same result :(

I then retried it in "admin mode" - no difference.

I really (really!) have tried to figure this out before I posted. Before I posted this I looked at every private forum I could find, but none of them had an FAQ section (and the one or two that did, the link was 'dead').

So here's my questions:

#1 Can my FAQ be named Natural Healing Answers (instead of FAQ) just like VWT's FAQ is named Iodine Answers. If so, how do I do that?

#2 Why can't I answer the questions in my FAQ? Am I doing something wrong, or is this something the Webmaster needs to change/fix?

#3 Why does the question I ask NOT appear as a blue/link? Am I doing something wrong, or is this the Websmaster needs to change/fix?

#4 Can I delete the two question in my FAQ?

#5 Is there anything else I need to know?
