Re: Question about second-hand cigarette smoke

I cant take the smell of cigarettes or perfume; it makes me ill; and it is a clue for me. But; I (as Grz) tolerates more of it now.
I definitively tolerate the hand rolled ones better, and cigars.

But why is smoking blamed for everything; it is like you are pursued.
Like sunbathing
Like drinking

Is it because they need to cover up the real issues here. Like pharmaceuticals, aluminum, fluoride, sweeteners, processed foods etc.

I know people that had a reasonable healthy good life even if smoking or drinking too much; none of these eat poorly; or had a low spirit / negative thinking kind of spirit.
I think it comes down to the basics;
your diet, your minerals, your attitude, your spirit
