Is anyone dealing with soft bones? I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with this after suddenly not being able to put weight on my right ankle. Still in lots of pain and unable to put weight on the foot. Bones scan was positive. Waiting on MRI results now. My vitamin D level is low and I am taking vit. D, calcium and magnesium. Would love to ditch the crutches, but have been todl teh bone can shatter. Also in too much pain to put weight on the foot. 0 of 0 (0%) readers agree with this message.
