I was going to do a Liver Flush tonight (4th).

I have not taken my suppliments today and no coffee.

The ONLY problem is my son is home from school I think he now has the flu.He wanted pancakes which I made him for breakfast and I blew it I ate 2 myself. Darn it!!!!

Then when I made my husband an egg salad sandwich for lunch I took 2 bites of the salad mixture.
I have also drank some apple juice this morning.

If this is all I eat today do you thik I would get a good flush with what I have eaten so far today?

I really wanted to do a flush tonight.Tomorrow night wont't work because I work on Wednesday.

I also stopped the P&B saturday as it seem to be constipating me.

I do drink TONS of water and I was also only doing 1 shake a day.2 bloated me.
If you moved to 3 a day would it constipate you or make you go more?
Also the parasite cleanse only one day did I really see much of anything I thought was maybe parasites..( Fluke and worm looking thing and stringy small white things an lots of seeds.) Nothing other then that one day and that was when I was sick with flu so badly.

Now I am wondering if I should try the Q-10.
